  • Drink matcha after food.
    Because matcha is so strong you can feel a little bit dizzy if you drink it before your meal. 

  • Enjoy the matcha at home, the antioxidants do not work longer than 30 minutes.

  • Wash the accessories with warm water and do not put in to the dishwasher. 

You can take matcha up to 2 times a day.
